SHIPPING POLICY

We do not ship to US territories outside of the contiguous United States (*U.S. Territories include American Samoa, Guam, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, North Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.)

Depending on the shipping method selected and the type of order placed, processing and shipping times vary. We've made every effort to get your orders processed and shipped faster. Standard Shipping Method is by FedEx/UPS Ground with 1–7 business days for processing and an additional 1–4 business days for your order to arrive based on your location and products ordered. Orders are processed and shipped during business hours only, so please note that the estimates do not include nights, weekends, or holidays. Shipping rate will be Varies depending on weight and size of order and will be calculated at Check-out.

SHIPPING HOLIDAYS

We want to make sure you receive all of your COHO orders in time for the holidays and recommend placing orders as soon as possible for your holiday festivities. There are active FedEx/UPS Ground carrier delays. 

The holidays are a very busy time and it's possible that packages won't be delivered as quickly as normal. Because of this, we can't guarantee that your order will arrive in time for your holiday celebrations. We recommend that you err on the side of caution and place your order as soon as possible.

CONTIGUOUS UNITED STATES

COHO uses FedEx/UPS Ground service on all shipments within the contiguous United States unless otherwise noted or an expedited option is requested by the customer. Please allow 1–7 business days for processing and an additional 1–4 business days for your order to arrive based on your location and products ordered. Look for a shipment tracking number via email when your order has been processed.

ALASKA AND HAWAII

All shipments to Alaska or Hawaii will be shipped via FedEx/UPS Ground and may incur an additional shipping charge based on weight or insured value of the package. If that happens, we’ll inform you of the new shipping charge before processing your order. Due to the distance, shipments will take a minimum of 5 business days to arrive. Look for a shipment tracking number via email when your order has been processed.

Promotional shipping (e.g., free shipping) is only applied to orders shipped within the contiguous United States and does not apply to Hawaii or Alaska.

SHIPPING TO A PO BOX

Return Policy

Products purchased on the Coho website can be returned to Coho for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date. In order to be eligible for return, products must be in an unused condition with their original packaging intact. For products purchased from an authorized dealer, their return policy applies — please contact them directly for more information.

Here's what to do:

  • You can return your purchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date.
  • Acquire an Return Material Authorization number (RMA#) by calling our Customer Service Team at (877) 584-1434.
  • Mail the return package to:

  • Clearly reference your RMA# that you acquired from our customer service team.
  • We recommend selecting a trackable shipping method and keeping the tracking information for your records until the return is complete. Products must be returned directly to COHO in adequate cardboard packaging. A copy of the original sales receipt and the RMA# must be included with the product.
  • Refunds take approximately 4 weeks after we receive your product. Shipping charges are not refundable. We do not accept COD deliveries.
  • Your credit card account will show the difference in purchase amount on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank or billing cycle.

5-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

COHO Soft Cooler, Hard Cooler and Jumbler Cooler carry a 5-year limited warranty against manufacturer’s defects. COHO will replace any eligible product found to be defective within the scope of normal and appropriate use. Replacement parts will be utilized to address the defects when available. A receipt may be requested to verify date of purchase.

WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

There are no express warranties other than the warranty set forth herein. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS EXPRESS WARRANTY. Some States do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, WHETHER FOR BREACH OF WARRANTY, BREACH OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, OR OTHER TORT, OR ANY STRICT LIABILITY THEORY, WILL COHO BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

The warranty is only available in the United States. No COHO reseller, agent, or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension, or addition to this warranty.
